Terms of service

The terms that govern the Enabley managed cloud service and this website — written to be read. They sit alongside, and never replace, the Elastic License 2.0 that covers the core software itself.

Effective September 30, 2026 · Applies to enabley.com and the Enabley service

These terms are the agreement between you and Big Decibel LLC for the Enabley service, written for businesses evaluating or using Enabley during early access.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing enabley.com, requesting early access, or using the Enabley service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Enabley service and early access

Enabley is a managed cloud service: hosting, upgrades, backups, monitoring, support, and a guided migration from MultiChannel Order Manager. Enabley is currently offered as early access. It is a release candidate presented as an early-access product — not a production, public, or generally available release. Features, limits, and scope may change as early access progresses, and material changes will be communicated to affected customers.

3. Accounts and authorized users

Access is per the plan you agree to, and each named user must be a real person in your organization. You are responsible for everyone who signs in through your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for telling us promptly when someone should lose access. You are also responsible for the legality of the data your organization submits to the service.

4. Fees and payment

Enabley does not publish prices. Scope, pricing, support terms, and onboarding timing are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything. If you purchase a paid plan, the written order or statement of work controls the fees, billing period, and payment terms; invoiced amounts are due as stated on the invoice. Plan limits — orders, users, products — are the ones confirmed with you at that time, and usage beyond them is discussed before it becomes an invoice.

5. Your data

Your data belongs to you — your customers, orders, products, history, and everything else your organization keeps in the service. We process it only to run the service for you: to operate it, back it up, support it, and migrate it as you ask. You can export your data whenever you want, in open formats, without asking us first. On termination we delete your data after an export window agreed in writing, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.

6. Privacy

We collect what the service needs to run and what you choose to send us — including the details in an early-access inquiry. We do not sell your information. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. Questions about what we hold, requests to access or delete it, and data-protection requests can be sent to hello@enabley.com, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, don't infringe other people's rights with the data you process through it, and don't try to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure. Don't resell, sublicense, or offer the service to third parties as your own hosted service, and don't hide or remove attribution from what you export.

You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business — including privacy, tax, consumer-protection, and payment-card rules for the orders you process through Enabley.

8. Compatibility information

The compatibility page describes how Enabley compares with legacy MOM, feature by feature. It reflects the implementation status at the date shown on that page and is kept in step with the compatibility matrix. It is informational — a description of where things stand, not a contractual commitment that every listed feature will ship. Commitments about your migration are the ones in your written order or statement of work.

9. The core software and the Elastic License 2.0

Enabley runs on core software that is source-available, licensed by Big Decibel LLC under the Elastic License 2.0. These terms govern the hosted service. ELv2 governs any copy of the software you download, self-host, or modify — where the two overlap on the software itself, ELv2 takes precedence.

ELv2 lets you run and modify the core yourself, and it restricts third parties from offering the software as a hosted service. Big Decibel LLC is the ELv2 licensor and operates Enabley, so the hosted service is offered by the licensor under these commercial terms. Exporting your data and self-hosting later is your right; what you do with an exported copy is between you and the license.

10. Availability, support, and recovery targets

We run the service with care and answer when something breaks — support contact is hello@enabley.com. During early access there is no committed uptime percentage, service-level agreement, or recovery-time guarantee. Any recovery-point or recovery-time figures shared during evaluation are planning targets, not commitments, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Nothing here prevents us from making a commitment in your order when we do.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except for what these terms or your written order expressly say, the service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind — merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, whether express or implied. The compatibility information, the website, and its documentation are provided without any promise that they are complete, current, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Decibel LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from the service or these terms. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.

13. Termination

Either party may end the agreement as your written order allows, or if the other party materially breaches these terms and does not fix it within thirty days of notice. We may suspend access sooner when needed to prevent harm — security incidents, unlawful activity, or non-payment. When the agreement ends, you can export your data during the window agreed in writing, and after that we delete it as described in section 5.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For changes that materially affect an existing customer, we will give reasonable notice before they take effect; for everything else, changes take effect when published here.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service, and both parties consent to that venue. Before filing anything, agree to try to resolve it informally by contacting us first — most disagreements are settled with one conversation.

Trademark notice

"MOM" (as in MultiChannel Order Manager), "Freestyle Solutions", and "Dydacomp" are names and marks belonging to their respective owners — the historical vendors of the legacy MOM product.

Their use on this site and in Enabley's documentation has no relationship with Big Decibel LLC beyond describing the legacy software Enabley replaces. Big Decibel LLC does not own those names. They are used purely for reference — to identify and describe the legacy software that Enabley migrates you from.

No intellectual property or licensing from those products or marks has been used to create Enabley. Where legacy behavior is described, it comes from public, observable documentation and from reverse engineering for interoperability — not from any licensed or copied material.

Enabley is an independent service by Big Decibel LLC. MOM, Freestyle Solutions, and Dydacomp are names and marks of their respective owners, used on this site for identification and reference only. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing is claimed or implied.
