Enabley runs OpenMOM, the ELv2 source-available successor to MultiChannel Order Manager, as its turnkey managed cloud for your business. We migrate operational records through a measured, fail-closed process, run the platform, and answer when something breaks.
Reviewed by a person, not instant signup. Nothing is sent until you approve the prepared email.
Designed for operations doing ~1,000+ orders a week, with 20–30 seats and $20M+ in sales.
Read-only source · reconciled totals · restartable cutover · operator decisions stay visible
Your business runs on MOM. It has for years, maybe decades. It knows your customers, your catalogs, your pipelines, your books. Nobody wants to replace it. Nobody wants to retrain two dozen people, either.
But MOM runs on Visual FoxPro, a platform Microsoft discontinued in 2007. Its API is Windows-only. Card data sits in plain database columns. And the roadmap belongs to a vendor, not to you.
The question was never whether to move. It was whether the move would cost you your history, your workflows, and a year of pain.
OpenMOM is a ground-up rebuild of MOM's entire domain: orders, customers, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and payments on a modern stack mapped from the real MOM database table by table. It's source available under ELv2 and tested by hundreds of automated checks.
Enabley is the company that runs it for you. Same platform your technical team could self-host, except you never think about Docker, upgrades, backups, or patches. You get managed infrastructure, a guided migration, and a support team with SLAs.
You don't buy a fork or a black box. You buy operations.
Enabley is a managed multi-tenant platform, not a VPS with a script. Provisioning, metering, billing, and support are part of the product. The same platform layer that's already built and tested.
Tenant lifecycle, plans, subscriptions, usage metering, platform administration, support tiers, and supervised aggregation are implemented in the commercial layer.
Read-only extraction, durable quarantine, exact reconciliation, restartable runs, and a cutover gate keep unresolved decisions visible.
Orders, customers, inventory, purchasing, returns, payables, shipping, security, and audit run through typed MCP tools and routed workspaces.
Plan-defined modules cover POS/counter sales, NCOA, subscriptions, connectors, rate shopping, batch/wave processing, advanced warehouse, EDI, SSO, and related capabilities. Exact availability is confirmed during qualification.
Enabley is the commercial entity around OpenMOM: the same core plus managed operations. Commercial module scope follows the plan model; early-access availability is confirmed before you commit.

The hardest part of leaving MOM is the move, and it's the part we've built the most carefully. Source extraction is read-only; every run is reconciled, restartable, and blocked from cutover while errors, PCI violations, or unaccepted rejection classes remain.
A read-only connection catalogs your MOM database: all ~413 tables, every customer, order, and product. Your live system is never touched.
Each loaded core entity keeps its MOM bridge. Codes are translated, relationships preserved, and raw card or credential data excluded by policy.
Counts are reconciled, financial totals cross-checked, and anomalies quarantined and resolved with you before anything goes live. No silent data loss.
You pick the date. A final full extraction runs behind the cutover gate, and MOM can remain readable during a controlled coexistence period.
Kick the Tires includes a limited sample import. Paid plans include migration: Starter gets the guided path, Business and Scale get platform-team assistance, and Enterprise gets full-service delivery.
Each paid price below is the minimum monthly total: the platform fee plus one active user. Additional active users are $99 each per month. For billing, an active user is anyone whose tenant membership is enabled during the billing period, whether or not they sign in.
Order volume determines the plan, not an additional per-order charge. Crossing a plan limit schedules the appropriate higher plan for the following billing period; the current bill does not change. Eligible downgrades may be requested at renewal.

During early access, this is reviewed access rather than instant signup. It includes the managed OpenMOM core and a limited sample import, not full migration or cutover. Exceeding any free-plan limit schedules Starter for the next billing period.

Yes. OpenMOM is source available under ELv2, your tenant data remains exportable, and the managed relationship does not remove the self-hosting path. ELv2 does prohibit offering OpenMOM to third parties as a hosted or managed service.
Supported operational records are transformed into the modern schema, and loaded core entities retain a bridge to their MOM origin. Counts and financial totals are reconciled; anomalies remain quarantined until accepted. Raw card numbers, security codes, passwords, and unsupported mappings are excluded or blocked by policy rather than silently copied.
Never. Payments retain tokenized metadata: last four, brand, expiry, and processor token. Legacy MOM stores raw card data in plain columns; that is exactly the pattern OpenMOM was built to end.
Big Decibel LLC builds Enabley and OpenMOM, led by the former VP of Product Development who ran MOM engineering at Freestyle/Dydacomp. The managed cloud is in early access; onboarding and migration timing are qualified around each operation's season. The project's story is at openmom.org/about.
