The managed platform with a small sample import. Not a full migration. Access is reviewed during early access.
Request free accessEnabley is the managed cloud built to replace MultiChannel Order Manager: a whole new platform, built to follow MOM's workflows and UI. Your team recognizes the work — we run the platform and keep it current.
Now in early access. A person reviews every request; this isn't instant signup.
We move your data from MOM into Enabley — reading your current system without changing it, checking every count as we go, and switching only when your team approves. Migration is included with every paid plan.
Your business has run on MOM for years. It knows your customers, your catalogs, and your order flow, and your people know it by heart. Nobody wants to replace it, or retrain two dozen people.
But MOM runs on Visual FoxPro, which Microsoft stopped supporting in 2007. It only runs on Windows, it keeps card data in plain database columns, and its future belongs to a vendor, not to you.
The real question was never whether to move. It's whether moving would break the way your team works — and cost you a year of disruption to get there. Enabley is built so it doesn't.
| Staying on MOM | Moving to Enabley |
|---|---|
| A server in the back room that someone has to keep alive | We run the servers, upgrades, backups, and security |
| Built on a platform discontinued in 2007 | A modern system that's actively maintained |
| Card numbers stored in plain database columns | Card numbers are never stored, only processor tokens |
| Windows-only, and hard to connect to anything new | Works in the browser, with a modern way to connect other tools |
| Years of history locked in an aging format | Your history comes with you, and you can always export it |
Enabley is a ground-up rebuild of MOM, mapped from the real MOM database, table by table. Orders move through the stages, holds, and reviews your people already know.
Years of customers, orders, and products move over, and each one keeps its original MOM number, so anyone can trace a record back to where it came from.
No server closet, no upgrade weekends, no hunting for the one person who knows how the backups work. Enabley handles the platform, and a real support team answers when something breaks.
The move is the hardest part of leaving MOM, and it's the part we built most carefully. Your live MOM system is never changed, and nothing switches over until the numbers match.
Migration is included with every paid plan. Starter gets the guided path, Business and Scale get hands-on help from our platform team, and Enterprise gets full-service delivery. Kick the Tires includes a small sample import.
We connect to your MOM database without writing to it. Your team keeps working in MOM as usual.
Customers, orders, products, and more are converted, and each keeps its original MOM number. Card numbers are left behind by design.
Record counts and dollar totals are compared against MOM. If something doesn't match, the move stops there.
Unusual records are held, not dropped. Your team reviews and accepts them before anything goes live.
We run the full move as a rehearsal first, so the real day holds no surprises.
You pick the date, around your busy season. MOM can stay readable for a while afterward, just in case.
Security isn't a feature we added on top. It's how the system was built from the start.
Enabley never stores card numbers or security codes. Payments keep only the last four digits, card brand, expiry, and a token from your payment processor.
Every company's data is isolated inside the database itself, so one customer's records can't be seen by another, even by mistake.
Export your data whenever you want, in open formats — and if you ever leave, you leave with everything.
We're planning for no more than 15 minutes of lost data and 4 hours to recover. These are targets, not guarantees. We won't promise a recovery SLA until our timed disaster-recovery drill on the hosted system passes.
For your technical team: PostgreSQL with row-level tenant isolation, a typed MCP tool API, tokenized payments, and an ELv2 source-available core. Row-by-row status is on our compatibility page.
The software is the same either way: you can host it yourself, or we operate it for you. Either way your team's day-to-day doesn't change.

No record is silently dropped. Supported records are converted and each keeps a link to its original MOM record. Counts and dollar totals are checked against MOM, and anything unusual is held until your team accepts it. Card numbers, security codes, and passwords are deliberately left behind rather than copied.
Much less than with a generic ERP. Enabley was rebuilt from MOM's own database and workflows, so order stages, holds, reviews, and the words your staff use carry over. There's still a new screen to learn, and we plan the switch around your busy season.
Yes. Your data can always be exported in open formats, and the software underneath is source-available under the Elastic License 2.0, so taking it in-house is possible — our Terms of Service spell out your rights. The license does prohibit other companies from offering it as a hosted service.
Never. Payments keep only the last four digits, card brand, expiry, and a processor token. MOM keeps raw card data in plain database columns; Enabley was built to end that.
Not generally. Enabley is a release candidate in early access. Our recovery figures of 15 minutes of data and 4 hours to recover are planning targets, not guarantees, and we won't promise a recovery SLA until our timed disaster-recovery drill on the hosted system passes. Timing is worked out with each business.
